
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
At Logan Health, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This individual will be responsible for providing clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for pediatric patients in need of speech and language services.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Speech Pathology and a minimum of two years of clinical experience with children and adolescents. They should possess excellent clinical and communication skills and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and to collaborate with other healthcare professionals is essential.We are looking for an individual who is excited to work with children and families in a compassionate, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for pediatric patients in need of speech and language services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate families and caregivers on speech and language development and therapeutic strategies.
- Remain knowledgeable of current trends and developments in the field of Speech Pathology.
- Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
