1. Manage the entire payroll process, including verifying employee hours, calculating wages, and making necessary adjustments.
2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
3. Develop and maintain payroll systems and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Maintain payroll records and provide regular reports to management.
5. Maintain knowledge of payroll systems and software programs.
6. Handle inquiries from employees related to payroll processes.
7. Provide excellent customer service to employees when addressing payroll issues.
8. Ensure confidentiality of employee data and payroll information.
9. Monitor changes in payroll laws and regulations and update processes accordingly.
10. Collaborate with other departments to resolve payroll discrepancies.
