Logan Health is looking for an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to help us foster a culture of growth and excellence. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a passion for improving organizational performance and creating positive change.The successful candidate will have the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to help us identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in organizational development and be well-versed in current best practices. Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current organizational development strategies of Logan Health and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and implement effective strategies to improve organizational performance.
- Develop and execute change management plans to support organizational changes.
- Work with leadership to develop performance management strategies and systems.
- Facilitate the culture change process and ensure employees are aware of the changes and their implications.
- Monitor the progress of organizational development initiatives and make adjustments as necessary.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote organizational development.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they understand the organization's objectives.
- Research current industry trends and best practices and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
