We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team at Logan Health. As our Nurse Aide - Patient Monitoring, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician. You will be an integral part of our patient-centered care team, helping to ensure the highest standards of care are met.The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a healthcare setting, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct patient care under the guidance of a registered nurse or physician.
  2. Assist with patient monitoring, including taking vital signs and recording information accurately in the patient’s medical chart.
  3. Ensure the highest standards of patient care are met.
  4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  5. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
  6. Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  8. Follow the instructions of the registered nurse or physician.
  9. Respond quickly and appropriately to patient needs and requests.
  10. Document patient care and progress in an accurate and timely manner.
