Neurology - Clinic Supervisor

Logan Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Supervisor to join our Neurology team. The Clinic Supervisor will provide leadership and guidance to a team of medical professionals and staff, and ensure quality care and services are provided to our patients. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Nursing, or a related field and at least 5 years' experience in a healthcare setting. Prior supervisory experience and expertise in neurology is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driver’s license and current CPR certification is also required. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise a team of medical professionals and staff in a neurological setting.
2. Ensure quality care and services are provided to patients.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service.
4. Manage and delegate tasks to staff members.
5. Monitor patient care and services.
6. Implement policies and procedures.
7. Evaluate performance of medical staff and recommend areas of improvement.
8. Assist in recruiting and training new staff members.
9. Collaborate with neurologists and other healthcare professionals.
10. Address patient complaints and grievances.
11. Remain up-to-date with changes in neurology and healthcare regulations.
12. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
13. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
14. Develop patient care plans and coordinate treatment.
15. Monitor and manage budget and budgetary items.
16. Participate in staff meetings and other meetings as required.
17. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
18. Ensure safety protocols are followed.
19. Maintain a valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
