
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
We are looking for a passionate, highly-skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to our patients and families at Logan Health. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals, families and communities to assess their needs, develop care plans, and provide counseling and support.The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and community partners to ensure patients receive comprehensive, individualized care. They will strive to meet clinical and social outcomes, while providing psychosocial interventions that meet the emotional and social needs of our patients.Qualifications for this position include a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school, two years of experience working in a clinical setting, and a current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Montana. Responsibilities:
