
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor to join our team at Logan Health. As a professional in mental health, you will play an important role in empowering individuals to take control of their mental health and emotional well-being. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be committed to providing quality care in a supportive environment.The successful candidate must have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. You must also have a valid license to practice as a Clinical Professional Counselor and eligibility for licensure in the state of Montana. Previous experience in a mental health setting is preferred.You should be an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, and have a strong understanding of different mental health conditions. You should also be able to maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients and have a genuine passion for helping those in need. Responsibilities:
- Provide quality mental health care to individuals in need in a supportive environment.
- Maintain a therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Utilize evidence-based practices when counseling individuals.
- Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to meet client’s needs.
- Monitor progress of treatment plans.
- Document all counseling sessions and assessments.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in the field of mental health.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals on the team.
