
Executive Assistant
Are you an organized, highly motivated, and experienced Executive Assistant looking to join a fast-growing healthcare organization? Logan Health is looking for a dynamic and professional Executive Assistant to join our team and support our executive leadership team.The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to take initiative and work independently.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the healthcare field. They should also be highly organized, have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to work collaboratively with other teams and departments. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a high level of professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an understanding of healthcare principles.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive leadership team, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing communication.
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel, and other commitments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and contact lists.
- Research and coordinate events, meetings, and other activities.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Monitor and order office supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and manage other administrative tasks.
- Provide support to other departments and teams as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other teams and departments.
- Ensure deadlines and goals are met in a timely manner.
