Job Description

At Logan Health, we are looking for an experienced Director of Clinical Services to join our team and help us advance our mission of providing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare to our patients. Our Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our health system and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for healthcare and a commitment to delivering the highest level of quality care.The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field; a license to practice nursing in the state of Montana; at least five years of experience in healthcare administration; and a strong understanding of clinical operations and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality, evidence-based healthcare for patients.
  2. Oversee and manage the clinical operations of the health system.

  4. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  5. Monitor and assess clinical staff performance.
  6. Develop and manage budgets related to clinical services.
  7. Participate in strategic planning and program development.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
  9. Provide support and guidance to clinical staff.
  10. Remain up-to-date on changes in healthcare regulations and standards.
