
Child Care Assistant
Logan Health is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking Child Care Assistant to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about caring for children and has the qualifications to back it up. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working in a childcare setting, possess a valid first aid and CPR certification, and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is patient, kind, and reliable, and who will be able to provide a stimulating and safe environment for our children. Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Assist in the development and implementation of activities to encourage children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities, such as meals, rest periods, and outdoor activities.
- Monitor the safety and well-being of the children at all times.
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean, organized, and safe childcare environment.
- Comply with all safety regulations and child care policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the children and their families.
- Communicate with parents and staff regarding the care of children.
- Remain up-to-date on the latest childcare techniques and best practices.
- Ensure that all necessary supplies and materials are available for the children.
