Investment Analyst
Take the lead on quarterly investment reporting, using our proprietary system, for 150+ clients. Assist in managing Lockton’s proprietary investment analytics tool, while making continual improvements including Target Date, Multi-Alternative, and Stable Value. Research and recommend investment mutual fund for inclusion in Plans. Take lead responsibility on assigned asset classes and support other analysts with other asset classes. Maintain a solid knowledge of all major fund families, plan provider separate accounts and unique investment products/ programs. Provide periodic reports to service teams assessing results of a risk analysis. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the financial market and economy impacting retirement programs, including both defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
3 or more years of investment experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of the financial markets and economy required.
Must have the ability to design, author, or create written materials that support investment services efforts.
