Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Talent Analytics, Or Hr Data Analysis.
Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sap.
