  10. Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  11. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to align workforce planning strategies with budget and resource allocation.
  12. Train and educate team members on workforce planning and intelligence methodologies.
  13. Support the implementation of workforce planning initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
  14. Stay compliant with all applicable laws and regulations related to workforce planning and data analysis.
  15. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Talent Analytics, Or Hr Data Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, And Sap.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Systems And Processes, Including Workforce Forecasting, Succession Planning, And Talent Management.
