Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Wire Harness Assembly: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Assembling Wire Harnesses, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: A Thorough Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components Is Essential For This Role, Including The Ability To Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.

  • Attention To Detail: Wire Harness Assembly Requires Extreme Precision And Attention To Detail To Ensure All Components Are Properly Connected And Secured. Candidates Should Possess Strong Hand-Eye Coordination And Manual Dexterity.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards: Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Ipc/Whma-A-620, Is Necessary To Ensure Quality Control And Compliance In The Assembly Process.

  • Teamwork And Communication Skills: Assembling Wire Harnesses Often Requires Working In A Team Environment And Communicating With Engineers And Other Team Members. Candidates Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Others.
