Experience In Wire Harness Assembly: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Assembling Wire Harnesses, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Knowledge Of Electrical Systems: A Thorough Understanding Of Electrical Systems And Components Is Essential For This Role, Including The Ability To Interpret Technical Drawings And Schematics.
Attention To Detail: Wire Harness Assembly Requires Extreme Precision And Attention To Detail To Ensure All Components Are Properly Connected And Secured. Candidates Should Possess Strong Hand-Eye Coordination And Manual Dexterity.
