  1. Maintain and manage Windows systems for the organization, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Windows systems, including hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  3. Implement security protocols and measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
  4. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new systems and upgrades.
  5. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements and upgrades.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Windows systems administration.
  7. Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including training and troubleshooting.
  8. Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  9. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in Windows systems administration and make recommendations for implementation in the organization.
  10. Work with vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of any system issues or outages.
  11. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and maintenance.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
  13. Proactively identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements to prevent downtime and optimize system performance.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert for Windows systems and provide guidance and training to other team members.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Windows Systems Administration And Management.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, And Group Policy.

  • Strong Understanding Of Networking Principles And Protocols, Including Tcp/Ip, Dns, And Dhcp.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Mcse, Mcsa, Or Mcitp Are Preferred.
