- Operate tube bending machines to shape and form various metal tubes and pipes according to engineering specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate bending of tubes.
- Utilize precision measuring tools and gauges to ensure compliance with tight tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on tube bending equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop and improve bending processes and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all bending processes and completed work.
- Identify and report any quality or production issues to management.
- Continuously monitor and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior team members on proper bending techniques and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in tube bending technology.

Experience In Tube Bending And Forming Processes: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Tube Bending And Forming Processes, Including Knowledge Of Various Materials, Equipment, And Techniques Used In The Aerospace Industry.
Knowledge Of Blueprint Reading And Interpretation: Tube Benders At Lockheed Martin Must Be Able To Read And Interpret Complex Engineering Drawings And Blueprints To Accurately Bend And Form Tubes To The Required Specifications.
