We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Organizational Change Management Lead to join our team at Lockheed Martin.   1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of transformational initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize key transformational initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Lead and manage a team of change management professionals to support the execution of transformational initiatives.
  4. Conduct thorough assessments of current processes, systems, and technologies to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for implementation.
  5. Design and deliver change management training and communications to ensure effective adoption and utilization of new processes, systems, and technologies.
  6. Create and maintain metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and success of transformational initiatives.
  7. Partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans and timelines.
  8. Act as a change agent and advocate for organizational transformation, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  9. Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to identify potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to overcome barriers to change.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the change management team and across the organization.
  12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to change management and transformational initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Organizational Change Management, Preferably In A Large Corporate Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Transformational Change Initiatives, Including Developing And Executing Change Management Strategies.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Influence And Engage Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Experience With Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile Or Lean Six Sigma, To Drive And Track Change Management Efforts.
