1. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful implementation of transformational initiatives.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize key transformational initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Lead and manage a team of change management professionals to support the execution of transformational initiatives.
