  1. Develop and maintain technical documentation for complex projects, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  2. Edit and proofread technical content to ensure it meets company standards and is free from errors.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy of documentation.
  4. Research and understand technical concepts and terminology to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
  5. Review and revise existing technical documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
  6. Create and maintain style guides and templates to ensure consistency across all technical documentation.
  7. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for technical writing and documentation.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and editing.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality technical documentation.
  10. Provide guidance and support to junior technical writers and editors.
  11. Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to ensure technical illustrations and diagrams are accurate and support the written content.
  12. Participate in meetings and discussions to provide input and make recommendations for improving technical documentation processes and procedures.
  13. Conduct quality checks and perform reviews to ensure technical documentation meets company and client requirements.
  14. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve technical writing and editing processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In English, Communications, Technical Writing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Technical Editing And Writing, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Proficient In Ms Office Suite And Other Technical Writing And Editing Software.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Adhere To Strict Formatting And Style Guidelines.

  • Knowledge Of Technical Writing Standards And Best Practices, Such As Simplified Technical English (Ste) Or The Microsoft Manual Of Style.
