Oversees the execution of multiple (six to ten) customer-funded projects involving SharePoint, .NET development, analytical reporting, and client-server application programming. Entails building new or enhancing current functional and technical solutions to meet changing business requirements. Provides management and oversight of internal / enterprise projects supporting multiple functional areas including Sales, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Facilities, Procurement, Security, ESH, and Program Controls. Heavy focus on requirements definition and management throughout the software development lifecycle. The solutions include transactional applications, business workflows, interfaces, web services, and reports / analytics. Responsible for producing a basis of estimates (BOE) for all customer-funded IT work. The BOE’s establish the budget and delivery timeline for the solutions. Ensures all contract deliverables are on time and within budget /scope.
