Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Preference For A Master's Degree.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Systems Engineering Principles And Processes, Including Requirements Management, System Design, Integration And Testing, And Configuration Management.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, And Project Managers.
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team To Achieve Project Goals And Meet Customer Requirements.
