System Administrator (LINUX/Splunk)
The candidate will be trusted to be the Splunk architect, responsible for leading, designing, supporting, and maintaining a distributed environment within DarkStar at one of our node locations and will be the primary interface for DarkStar. The selected candidate will closely work with the larger DarkStar system administration and network teams. Candidate must be comfortable working in environment supporting a large number of different platforms which range from enterprise servers to small/midsize servers and supercomputers.
Experience Developing Splunk Apps, Dashboards, & Deployment
Experience with Splunk indexes, defining retention periods, & log forwarding
Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7/8 Administration and Configuration
Experience using RHEL7/8 with SELinux enabled
Experience with Domain Capable Windows/Linux/Virtualization
Python
