  1. Develop and implement sustainment requirements for aerospace projects in collaboration with engineering team.
  2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful execution of aerospace projects.
  3. Lead and manage a team of engineers and industry experts to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
  4. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to project success.
  5. Create and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  6. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of sustainment requirements into project design and development.
  8. Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of project performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in aerospace technology to continuously improve project processes and outcomes.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team to promote technical excellence.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support successful project execution.
  12. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  13. Take initiative and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to effectively resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Sustainment Requirements And Technical Project Management Processes

  • Ability To Obtain And Maintain A Security Clearance.
