  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot system integration issues.
  4. Lead and participate in system integration and testing activities.
  5. Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvement.

  14. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations.
  15. Participate in proposal development and client presentations.
  16. Mentor and train junior engineers on systems integration and simulation best practices.
  17. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  18. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
  19. Stay organized and maintain detailed records of project progress and milestones.
  20. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Systems Engineering And Integration

  • Strong Knowledge Of Simulation And Modeling Tools, Such As Matlab And Simulink

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Complex System Architectures

  • Familiarity With Military Systems And Requirements, Particularly In The Aerospace And Defense Industry
