5+ Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Preferably In Mechanical, Industrial, Or Aerospace Engineering.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Methods, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Experience With Cad Software And Proficiency In Interpreting Technical Drawings And Specifications.
Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Successfully Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
