  1. Lead the development and production of solid rocket motors for critical defense and space programs.
  2. Manage and oversee all aspects of the solid rocket motor program, including budget, schedule, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers, including government agencies and other aerospace companies.

  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of solid rocket motor development and production processes.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the program meets or exceeds expectations.
  9. Mentor and guide team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Represent the company in industry conferences, meetings, and events related to solid rocket motors.
  11. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
  12. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Solid Rocket Motor Development And Testing

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing Teams And Projects

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Solid Rocket Motor Design, Analysis, And Manufacturing Processes

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Mil-Std-1576 And Nasa-Std-8719.14
