- Lead the development and delivery of software products that support Lockheed Martin's mission of creating a safer and more secure world.
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products.
- Communicate product vision, strategies, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and feedback on product performance.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build a strong and capable product management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Product Management, Preferably In The Defense Or Aerospace Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience With Project Management Tools Such As Jira.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing The Entire Product Lifecycle, From Ideation To Launch And Ongoing Maintenance.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Product Plans And Updates To Senior Management.
