Extensive Experience In Software Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Possess A Strong Background In Software Development, With At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Design, Development, And Testing Of Complex Software Systems.
Knowledge Of Prognostics & Health Management (Phm): This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Phm Principles And Techniques, Including Data Analysis, Modeling, And Predictive Maintenance. Previous Experience In Developing Phm Software Solutions Is Highly Preferred.
Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: The Candidate Should Have Strong Skills In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Python, And Tools Like Matlab, Simulink, And Labview. They Should Also Have Experience With Software Development Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Devops, And Continuous Integration.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Position Involves Working With Complex Data Sets And Identifying Patterns And Trends To Develop Predictive Maintenance Strategies. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Technical Challenges.
Teamwork And Communication Skills: As A Software Engineer Staff, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineers, Data Scientists, And Project Managers.
