  1. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and maintain simulation software for training and mission planning purposes.

  9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  10. Maintain a strong understanding of defense and aerospace industry standards and protocols.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation software with other systems and platforms.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues that arise.
  13. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the designated time frame.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  15. Continually strive for personal and professional growth through learning new technologies and techniques.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In Simulation Or Modeling.

  • Experience With Simulation Tools And Platforms, Such As Simulink, Openmodelica, Or Ansys.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design, Develop, And Debug Complex Software Systems.
