Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Senior - Scrum Master to join the Lockheed Martin team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing innovative software solutions and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills who is comfortable leading a team and driving projects to successful completion.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in a software engineering position. Prior experience leading a Scrum team is a must, and any experience with Agile and/or DevOps methodologies is a plus. The candidate must also have the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members while adhering to established standards.This is a great opportunity for an experienced software engineer to showcase their leadership and technical skills.
