  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive manufacturing plan for all projects within the Skunk Works division.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of manufacturing processes.
  3. Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Create and maintain detailed production schedules, including material and resource requirements.
  5. Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any production delays.
  6. Monitor and track production progress, identifying potential issues and proactively implementing solutions.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities, including documentation of any changes made to the manufacturing plan.
  8. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing facility.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on manufacturing planning processes and procedures.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product designs are optimized for manufacturing.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to identify opportunities for improvement.
  13. Act as a liaison between the manufacturing team and other departments, providing regular updates on production progress and any issues that may arise.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, ensuring that all manufacturing activities are completed on schedule.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Manufacturing Planning, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Project Management And Scheduling Software, Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Creative Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience In Implementing Process Improvements.
