  1. Develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues and gaps.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into project plans.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and laws to ensure company's compliance efforts are current.
  5. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.

  7. Conduct investigations into potential compliance violations and develop corrective action plans.

  10. Represent the company in regulatory meetings and hearings.
  11. Provide guidance and support to other team members on complex compliance issues.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline compliance processes and procedures.
  13. Conduct compliance training for new hires and existing employees.
  14. Collaborate with legal and ethics departments to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  15. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and reports.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Compliance, Preferably In The Defense Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And International Regulations Related To Defense Contracting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Export Control Regulations, Including Itar And Ear.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Develop Effective Compliance Strategies.
