- Develop and implement inventory planning and sales operations strategies to optimize efficiency and drive growth for the company.
- Lead and manage a team of inventory planning and sales operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, and supply chain to drive key business decisions and ensure alignment of strategies.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and market demand to identify opportunities and risks and make data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and availability of inventory.
- Oversee the development and implementation of inventory forecasting and demand planning processes to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Establish and maintain inventory control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the inventory planning and sales operations function.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales, Inventory Management, And/Or Operations Planning Within A Large And Complex Organization.
Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Develop And Implement Inventory Strategies And Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making.
Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Systems And Processes, As Well As Experience With Forecasting And Demand Planning.
