  1. Develop and design RF systems and components for advanced aerospace and defense projects.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify, evaluate, and recommend the most suitable RF technologies and solutions for specific project requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software engineers, and project managers to ensure successful integration of RF systems into larger projects.
  4. Lead and participate in design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of RF systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
  5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in RF technology, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into future projects.
  7. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers in the team.
  8. Participate in customer meetings and presentations to discuss technical aspects of RF systems and provide updates on project progress.
  9. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to acquire necessary components and equipment for RF systems.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and testing of RF systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Design, Development, And Testing Of Rf Systems And Components.

  • Proficiency In Rf Simulation Tools Such As Ads, Hfss, Or Cst, As Well As Knowledge Of Rf System Design And Analysis.

  • Experience With Design And Implementation Of Rf Circuits, Including Amplifiers, Filters, Mixers, And Antennas.

  • Strong Understanding Of Rf Measurements And Test Equipment, As Well As Experience With Debugging And Troubleshooting Rf Systems.
