  1. Design and develop advanced electronic systems for military and aerospace customers.
  2. Conduct EMI/E3 testing and analysis to ensure safety, reliability, and performance of products.
  3. Utilize expertise in RF engineering principles to provide technical guidance and support for product development and testing.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve EMI/E3 issues.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate EMI/E3 risks.
  6. Communicate test results and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations related to EMI/E3.
  8. Create and maintain documentation related to EMI/E3 testing and analysis.
  9. Mentor and train junior engineers on EMI/E3 testing and analysis techniques.
  10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  12. Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  13. Take initiative to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
  14. Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Rf Electromagnetics Emi/E3 Engineering

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electromagnetic Theory, Emi/Emc Testing And Analysis, And E3 Design Principles

  • Experience With Rf Measurement Equipment And Software, Such As Spectrum Analyzers And Cad Tools

  • Knowledge Of Mil-Std-461 And Other Relevant Military And Industry Standards For Emi/E3 Compliance
