  1. Conduct research and development activities related to electro-optical technology.
  2. Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and test new and innovative electro-optical systems.
  3. Analyze and evaluate data to identify areas for improvement and potential solutions.
  4. Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in the field of electro-optics.
  5. Support the team in developing proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in the development and testing of electro-optical systems.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
  8. Troubleshoot and problem-solve any issues that arise during the development and testing process.
  9. Document all research and development activities and maintain accurate records.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement within electro-optical systems.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and technicians, to achieve project goals.
  12. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights to improve project outcomes.
  13. Assist in the design and development of prototypes and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
  14. Provide technical expertise and support to other team members and departments as needed.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints while delivering high-quality results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electro-Optical Systems, Including Design, Testing, And Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Matlab, Python, And C++.

  • Experience With Optical Design Software, Such As Zemax Or Code V.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Electro-Optical Systems, Such As Mil-Std-810 And Itar Compliance.
