  1. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for all projects and products.
  2. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct audits and inspections of manufacturing processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  5. Provide guidance and support to engineering and production teams in implementing quality requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
  7. Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures.
  8. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.
  10. Lead and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
  11. Communicate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  12. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
  13. Manage and maintain quality certifications and accreditations.
  14. Evaluate and approve new suppliers and materials.
  15. Collaborate with customers to understand quality requirements and resolve any issues.
  16. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies as needed.
  17. Mentor and develop junior quality engineers.
  18. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through quality initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards, Such As Iso 9001 And As9100.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Quality Or Manufacturing Processes.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably Within The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Experience With Quality Tools And Methodologies, Such As Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, And Lean Manufacturing.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives.
