Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Or Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In The Aerospace Industry, With A Focus On Propulsion And Power Thermal Management

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Engineers

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Thermal Management Systems And Their Integration Into Propulsion And Power Systems

  • Experience With Program Management, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Risk Management
