  1. Develop and implement pricing strategies for government contracts in accordance with company objectives and customer requirements.
  2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to determine optimal pricing for proposals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support pricing decisions.
  4. Prepare and submit accurate and competitive pricing proposals in a timely manner.
  5. Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies in all pricing activities.
  6. Proactively identify and communicate potential pricing risks and opportunities to management.
  7. Monitor and analyze pricing trends and competitor pricing strategies to inform future pricing decisions.
  8. Manage and maintain pricing databases and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  9. Lead and mentor pricing team members to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Communicate pricing strategies and decisions to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  12. Collaborate with business development and sales teams to develop pricing strategies that align with customer needs and objectives.
  13. Participate in negotiations with customers to achieve favorable pricing outcomes.
  14. Provide guidance and support to proposal teams on pricing-related matters.
  15. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to government contracting and pricing.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Proposal Pricing, Preferably In The Defense Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Government Contract Pricing Regulations And Procedures

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Pricing Software Programs.
