  1. Develop and analyze proposals for complex projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, engineering, finance, and contracts, to gather information and develop proposal strategies.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to inform proposal development.
  4. Create and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring timely completion and submission of proposals.
  5. Communicate with customers and potential partners to gather information and clarify requirements.
  6. Write and edit proposal content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company messaging and branding.
  7. Review and analyze proposal budgets and financial data to ensure accuracy and alignment with proposal strategies.
  8. Participate in proposal reviews and coordinate with stakeholders to address feedback and make necessary revisions.
  9. Manage multiple proposals concurrently, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal development to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  11. Proactively identify and escalate potential risks and issues that may impact proposal development or submission.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards throughout the proposal development process.
  13. Support business development efforts by attending industry events and networking with potential customers and partners.
  14. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to innovation and excellence in the aerospace and defense industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Proposal Development And Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Evaluate Complex Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
