  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Lockheed Martin's products, services, and capabilities in order to effectively contribute to proposal development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information necessary for proposal development, including technical, financial, and programmatic data.
  3. Conduct research on potential customers and competitors to inform proposal strategy and positioning.
  4. Create compelling and compliant proposal content that effectively conveys Lockheed Martin's value proposition and differentiators.
  5. Review and analyze proposal requirements and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed customer expectations.
  6. Develop and maintain a proposal schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  7. Participate in proposal review meetings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve proposals.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in proposal development to enhance Lockheed Martin's competitive advantage.
  9. Support the development of proposal budgets and pricing strategies, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on proposal development processes and tools, providing guidance and training to team members as needed.
  11. Maintain a thorough understanding of the government contracting process and regulations to ensure proposals are compliant.
  12. Manage multiple proposal efforts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  13. Act as a liaison between Lockheed Martin and potential customers, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate proposal performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  15. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all interactions, representing Lockheed Martin positively to external stakeholders.
