  1. Develop and implement project management and planning strategies in collaboration with team members to ensure successful execution of operations.
  2. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates on project progress.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
  4. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on project deliverables.
  5. Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  7. Conduct regular meetings and reviews to ensure project milestones are met and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
  8. Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
  9. Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and procedures.
  10. Keep current with industry trends and best practices in project management and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
  11. Serve as a point of contact for all project-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  14. Represent Lockheed Martin in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Planning In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Knowledge Of Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project Or Primavera.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Team Members And Stakeholders At All Levels.
