  1. Lead the transition to production phase of projects by developing and implementing strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery of products to clients.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the production phase.
  4. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or risks.
  5. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  7. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  9. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement process enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Business, Or Project Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Production Processes And Experience In Transitioning Products From Development To Production.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Understanding Of Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience Working With Government Contracts.
