- Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes for various programs within Lockheed Martin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and synchronization of logistics activities.
- Monitor and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of logistics services.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact program logistics operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of logistics professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Continuously analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics activities.
- Communicate program logistics status, updates, and progress to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and apply them to improve program performance.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Logistics Integration Role.
Strong Understanding Of Logistics And Supply Chain Processes, Including Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehousing.
Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams To Meet Project Goals And Deadlines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders At All Levels.
