Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Program Management, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex And Large-Scale Programs, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Program Management Principles, Processes, And Tools, As Well As Experience In Implementing Them Successfully.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams Towards Achieving Project Objectives.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Executives And Government Officials.
