- Assist in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement, performance, and development.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and deliver training programs and workshops on various topics related to organizational development.
- Support the design and facilitation of team building activities and workshops to improve team dynamics and collaboration.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments and developing action plans to address identified gaps.
- Help develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems to track progress and measure the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with various stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
