  1. Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on various aerospace and defense products and systems to identify any potential defects or flaws.
  2. Utilize advanced techniques and equipment to perform NDT, such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, and liquid penetrant testing.
  3. Analyze and interpret NDT results to determine the integrity and quality of materials and components.
  4. Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to develop and implement NDT procedures and techniques.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in NDT technology and methodologies.
  6. Ensure all NDT processes and procedures comply with safety and quality standards.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all NDT activities and results.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and project managers to provide updates on NDT findings and recommendations.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during NDT processes.
  10. Continuously improve NDT techniques and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Train and mentor junior NDT technicians and engineers.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Non-Destructive Testing (Ndt).

  • Certification In One Or More Ndt Methods Such As Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Or Liquid Penetrant Testing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Ndt Inspection And Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Specifications Such As Asnt, Astm, And Ams.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Ndt Results Effectively.
