  1. Design and develop innovative solar energy systems and components in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  2. Utilize your expertise in mechanical engineering to analyze and evaluate technical data, perform calculations, and create detailed design specifications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of solar technologies into larger systems.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in solar energy technology to continuously improve project designs.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all stages of project development.
  6. Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to management and clients.
  7. Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the design, development, and testing phases.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and interns to foster their professional growth.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source materials and equipment for solar energy systems.
  11. Proactively identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and professional standards at all times.
  13. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including design files, reports, and test data.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our renewable energy solutions.
  15. Continuously strive to enhance your knowledge and skills through professional development and training opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Other Engineering Design Tools.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Solar Energy Systems Design And Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, And Heat Transfer Principles.

  • Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Solar Energy Systems.
