The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the materials and processes used in the production of aerospace and defense products. This individual must be able to work with a variety of people, from engineers to production personnel, and must demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of seven years of experience in a materials or process engineering role.
