  10. Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes through the use of data analysis and digital technologies.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on digital transformation and manufacturing capabilities, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide digital strategies and initiatives.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative approach to manufacturing through digital transformation.
  14. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  15. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while implementing digital technologies in manufacturing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Transformation Within A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Industry 4.0 Technologies, Such As Internet Of Things (Iot), Artificial Intelligence (Ai), And Data Analytics.

  • Experience With Implementing And Managing Digital Transformation Projects, Including Process Automation, Data Integration, And Digital Supply Chain Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives.
