Job Description

Become part of the Future of IT at Lockheed Martin as an analyst within the IT Asset Management organization! This dynamic, fast-paced environment is embracing agile to enable our strategic goals. The IT Asset Management team is seeking a Hardware analyst to be a part of the ITAM Governance team. The ITAM Governance Team responsibility includes (but is not limited to) governance functions related to Lockheed Martin Data Centers, Desktop, Servers, Network Infrastructure, Hardware & Software. This Enterprise position has responsibility for successfully maintaining day to day operational support as it relates to Asset Management of Hardware to include the management of solutions built to meet global requirements such as Edge locations and in public cloud.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Information Technology support and functions

  • Demonstrates effective use of Microsoft Excel to develop reports and charts for data analysis

  • Demonstrated experience with system Knowledge of IT support tools such as Service Now, SCCM and Snow as well as ITIL processes

  • 3 years of related experience
