  1. Develop and maintain integrated program plans for complex projects, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and customer requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and inputs for program planning and execution.
  3. Identify and analyze potential risks and issues that may impact the success of programs, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  4. Create and track program schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and communicate progress and deviations to stakeholders.
  5. Conduct regular program reviews and provide status updates to leadership and customers, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and key performance indicators.
  6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient execution of program plans.
  7. Monitor program budget and resource allocation, and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  8. Continuously assess and improve program planning processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on program planning and management best practices, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring open communication and alignment of goals and expectations.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and developments related to program planning and management, and implement new strategies and techniques as appropriate.
  12. Uphold the company's values and standards, and promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and dedication to success.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Program Planning, Scheduling, And Control In A Government Or Defense Contracting Environment.

  • Proficiency In Project Management Tools Such As Microsoft Project, Primavera, Or Similar Software.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Maintain Master Schedules And Critical Path Analyses.
